Healing myself showed me my purpose
My name is Mollie Tanner, I am a Nurse Practitioner and an Integrative Health Practitioner. I personally struggled with feeling like myself after having my son 3.5 years ago- I was physically & mentally exhausted, burned out, overwhelmed, bloated, not sleeping and couldn't lose weight. After having my second baby, it got much worse & at this point I knew there had to be a way out. I took depression medication thinking this would help but it did nothing but numb my feelings. I was always told "this is normal after having a baby." It's Not.Ā
I started looking at more natural options and came across functional medicine. I eventually did some continuing education in functional medicine to give myself the knowledge of how to heal my body. This started my passion to want to help other Mamas do the same. I knew I deserved to be the best wife and mom I could be and feel my best also.Ā

In my coaching program, I work one on one with Mama's & Women who are struggling with feeling exhausted all the time, not sleeping, moody, overwhelmed, burned out, digestive issues, bloating, weight gain & much more. During a deep dive consultation, we will get down to the root cause of your symptoms & develop a personalized plan for you. I will support you and guide you with education and resources to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.Ā
