I’m a nurse practitioner and certified integrative health practitioner, and I help busy, exhausted moms restore their energy, balance their mood, and heal their gut using a root-cause, evidence-based approach.

But more importantly — I’ve been where you are. I'm a Mama of 2, soon to be 3. 

After having kids my first 2 kids, I felt completely overwhelmed, exhausted, moody, and disconnected from myself. I wasn’t sleeping well, my energy was gone, and I felt like I was constantly in survival mode.

I tried all the things… supplements, quick fixes, pushing through.

Nothing worked — until I started addressing my nervous system, gut health, and foundational physiology.

That’s when everything changed.

And now, I teach other moms how to do the same.
